Karl Smith

Karl Smith has a diverse work history with experience in various roles and industries. Karl began their career at TS McNaney & Associates in 2003 as a Project Manager, where they worked until 2008. Karl then joined Golden Equipment Co as an Admin Manager from 2008 to 2014. Following that, Karl worked as the Director of Residential Development at Mesa del Sol for a year. In 2016, they became the Managing Member at Anthem Investments, LLC. Currently, Karl holds multiple roles at Pavilion Construction, including Vice President of New Construction, Pre-Construction Manager, and New Projects Manager.

Karl Smith pursued their higher education at The University of Tulsa from 1991 to 1993, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology. Subsequently, they attended The University of New Mexico from 1994 to 1997, where they also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree, majoring in Psychology.
