Kencel Padua

Kencel Padua is an experienced technical support manager currently working at Pax8 since November 2024. Prior to this, Kencel spent over a decade at SunPower Corporation, where roles included Department Manager for the Network Operation Center, Global Security Operation Center, and Infra Support, emphasizing compliance with operational metrics and team development. Kencel also served as Team Lead and Senior Engineer in the Network Operation Center, overseeing team operations and generating operational dashboards. Earlier professional experience includes roles as a Network Administrator at ProV International and Network Engineer at Philippine Global Communications, Inc. Kencel holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering with a specialization in Cisco Networking from Mapúa University and a high school diploma in Industrial Electronics from Don Bosco Technical College.
