Bishoy Mourad

Bishoy Mourad has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Bishoy currently works at PaxeraHealth as a Europe, Africa, and Levant Senior Technical Support Engineer. In this role, they are responsible for identifying hardware and software solutions, troubleshooting technical issues, and diagnosing and repairing faults. Prior to this, they worked at MILLENSYS, where they held multiple roles including Senior Software Implementer Engineer, Software Implementer Engineer, and Technical Support Engineer. In these positions, they installed and tested interface software, provided end user support after implementation, and validated HL7 data exchanged between providers and health information exchanges. Bishoy also has experience working at Dar Al Fouad Hospital, Shifaa Al-Orman Oncology Hospital, Alkan Medical, Siemens Healthineers, Luxor General Hospital, and Internaional Medical Center (IMC) in various roles related to clinical engineering, radiology and imaging devices, ultrasound systems, laboratories devices, and operation room devices.

Bishoy Mourad began their education in 2010 at High school-Luxor Military School, where they obtained a High School certificate in the field of High School/Secondary Certificate Programs. Bishoy then went on to attend El Shorouk Academy from 2013 to 2018, earning a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering.

In addition to their formal education, Bishoy has obtained several certifications. These include certifications such as English for Career Development MOOC 2022 from OPEN (Online Professional English Network), Digital Marketing Diploma from Creative Academy, and Introduction to the Picture Archiving and Communication System from ISRRT. Bishoy has also received certifications in various medical fields, such as Ultrasound Fundamentals: A Physics Primer from Siemens Healthineers, Certification in Clinical Engineering (CCE) from Dar Al Fouad Hospital, and Radiology and Imaging Devices from Shifaa Al Orman Oncology Hospital. Bishoy has pursued additional training in areas such as CT System Maintenance, MR Physics, XD9805T Xray Basics for Biomeds, and Circuit and Double Layer PCB Design, among others.
