Beata Podsiadla

Beata Podsiadla has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Beata is currently working at Paxos as a Senior Program Manager, Internal Controls. Prior to this, they worked at Meta as a Financial Solution Architect, Scaled Services, where they launched global support for NFT for collectors and creators on Instagram. Beata also led payments' programs with a risk focus. Earlier at Meta, Beata served as a Risk Operations Lead for the Novi crypto currency project, where they set up fraud operations and managed risk usability testing.
