Cheyenne Miller

Cheyenne Miller has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Cheyenne started their career in 2013 as a Runway Rep Intern at Rent The Runway, where they coordinated and hosted a fashion show and utilized social media to increase brand awareness. In 2014, they worked as a Mentor at Committed Partners for Youth/Big Brother Big Sister Lane County, mentoring two middle school boys and providing positive support. Cheyenne then had a Retail Management Intern role at Nordstrom, where they established customer relationships and led sales floor operations.

Moving into the financial industry, Cheyenne worked as an AML Compliance Analyst at Promontory Group Inc, conducting quality control reviews and training new investigations analysts. Cheyenne later joined Bank of the West as a BSA Quality Assurance Analyst, ensuring compliance with SLA and conducting KYC/CDD reviews. At J.P. Morgan, they served as a Quality Assurance Compliance Officer, ensuring consistency in control standards and identifying control gaps.

In 2020, Cheyenne joined Guaranteed Rate as a BSA/AML Manager, where they created and developed the quality assurance program for the BSA/AML program. Cheyenne also implemented a training program for the SARs Investigations team. Currently, they are working at Paxos as a Quality Assurance and Testing Analyst and recently transitioned to the role of Program Manager Quality Assurance and Testing.

Cheyenne Miller attended the University of Oregon from 2011 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration. Cheyenne also studied Marketing at the University of Oregon - Charles H. Lundquist College of Business during the same period.
