Daniel Burstein

Dan Burstein is the U.S. General Counsel at Paxos, a company aiming to modernize finance by leveraging internet speed for asset mobilization. With a background as an Attorney at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP and experience as Acting Chief of Staff at the New York State Department of Financial Services, Dan has also served as Interim General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Guidepost Solutions. Dan holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Georgetown University Law Center and a BA in History from Columbia University.
