Daniel Burstein

Daniel Burstein is the General Counsel at Paxos. Prior to joining Paxos, they worked as Senior Managing Director and Head of Financial Institutions Practice at Guidepost Solutions. Daniel has also served as an attorney at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP and Acting Chief of Staff at the New York State Department of Financial Services. Daniel started their career as a legal assistant at Milberg Weiss Bershad Hynes & Lerach.

Daniel Burstein completed their undergraduate degree at Columbia University in the City of New York, where they studied history. Daniel then went on to study law at Georgetown University Law Center, where they earned their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
