Erica Palaia

Erica Palaia has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Erica is currently the Senior Counsel, Partnerships at Paxos, where they are involved in the mission to modernize finance by digitizing assets and enabling instant transactions. Prior to joining Paxos, Erica served as the Senior Corporate Counsel at Foursquare, where they provided legal guidance and support. Before that, they worked as a Corporate Counsel at Foursquare for two years. Erica also gained experience as an Associate Counsel at Droga5, a creative advertising agency, where they provided legal advice and support. Erica began their legal career as an Associate at Winget, Spadafora & Schwartzberg, LLP.

Erica Palaia completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies, as well as Visual Arts, from Fordham University in 2010. After that, they pursued a Master's degree in Ethics & Society at Fordham University Graduate School of Arts and Sciences from 2009 to 2011. Following their Master's degree, Erica attended Fordham University School of Law, where they obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) in 2014.
