Nicola Steer

Nicola Steer is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR support and training. Currently serving as a Human Resources Advisor at Paxport since April 2024, Nicola manages payroll and provides expert HR support. Prior to this role, Nicola worked at DFDS Seaways as an HR & Training Officer from January 2012 to April 2024. Nicola also served as a Crewing Co-ordinator at Viking Recruitment Ltd from September 2009 to January 2012 and held the position of 2nd Officer at P&O Ferries from 2002 to 2009. Nicola completed educational training at Accacia Learning between 2014 and 2016.
