Heather Carlisle, COTA/L has extensive experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in various healthcare settings. Currently, Heather is working at Paxxon Healthcare Services. In their previous roles at All Heart Home Care, Brookdale, and a previous stint at Paxxon Healthcare Services, Heather has demonstrated a strong commitment to supporting individuals in need. Additionally, Heather has experience as a Decision Support Team Lead at CareBridge, where Heather collaborated with Managed Care Organizations to provide recommendations for supportive services. In their role as an LTSS Clinical Assessor, Heather continues to work closely with MCOs to identify and address the needs of individuals receiving home and community based services.
