Silvana Nuzzo

Silvana Nuzzo is a Principal in the New York office of Pay Governance. Silvana has over 20 years of experience serving in both consulting and corporate roles. Throughout her career she has supported and advised compensation committees and management teams across multiple industries on executive pay design and corporate governance matters, with particular emphasis on the design of incentive programs that support the organization’s short and long-term business strategy.

Silvana holds a B.A. in Literature from Hunter College and a M.B.A. in Finance and International Business from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
