Cole Valadez

Cole Valadez has a diverse work experience with roles in business development, sales, and account management. In their most recent position as the Director of Business Development, Integrated Payments at Paya, they were recognized as the 2022 Salesperson of the Year - Strategic Verticals. Prior to that, they worked as an ISV Channel Sales Manager at PayJunction. Cole also served as a Business Development Manager at R Systems, where they specialized in providing IT services and solutions to various industries. Cole's earlier experience includes working as an Inside Energy Specialist at SolarCity and holding multiple roles at Eyefinity, including Client Manager, Key Account Manager, and Inside Sales Representative. Cole started their career as a Recruiter at Aerotek Energy Services and interned at VSP, where they conducted research projects in IT, Marketing, and Claims Departments.

Cole Valadez holds a B.S. degree in Biopsychology from UC Santa Barbara, which they completed from 2003 to 2007. Cole also obtained an Associate's Degree in Computer Science from Folsom Lake College between 2012 and 2017. Prior to that, Cole received a High School Diploma from Jesuit High School in 2003. In 2015, they obtained the Duolingo Spanish Fluency: Advanced certification from Duolingo, and they also hold a certification from the California State License Board (CSLB).
