Paulyn Velasco

Paulyn Velasco has over 20 years of extensive work experience in the field of HR operations and payroll management. Paulyn is currently working as a Regional Operation Manager at PayAsia since 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Regional Payroll Manager at Amdocs from 2021 to 2023.

From 2011 to 2021, Paulyn worked at NGA Human Resources, an Alight company, holding various roles. Paulyn started as an HR Operations Payroll Specialist and gradually progressed to roles like HR Operations Team Lead, HR Operations Manager, and finally, Service Transition Lead.

Before joining NGA Human Resources, Paulyn gained valuable experience at TeleTech Customer Care Management (Phils.) Inc. from 2008 to 2011. Paulyn worked as a Payroll Supervisor and Senior Payroll Technician during their tenure.

From 2004 to 2008, Paulyn worked at Promark Industries Inc. (Mossimo) as a Payroll and Tax Supervisor, and prior to that, they served as a Payroll Staff and Audit Staff at the same company.

Paulyn's career began in 2002 at Joyco Universal Robina Corp. as an Administrative Staff. Before that, they worked as an Assistant Inventory Officer at Polar Bear Storage & Freezing Corp. in 2001.

Throughout their career, Paulyn has acquired a wide range of skills and experience in payroll processing, HR operations, service transition, and team management.

Paulyn Velasco graduated from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy.
