Colin Grosskurth

Colin Grosskurth is the current Senior Director of Legal and Compliance at Paybright. Colin has also worked as Sr. Director, Legal & Compliance and General Counsel at PayBright from April 2019 to January 2021. Prior to that, they were employed as Legal Counsel at PointClickCare from April 2014 to April 2019, where they managed the closing of a $85M strategic financing and led the legal efforts in respect of acquisitions of Nobility Health and TouchStream Solutions, among other things. From January 2012 to March 2012, Grosskurth worked as Associate Corporate Counsel at Aecon on a secondment basis. Colin began their career as an Associate at Wildeboer Dellelce, LLP in August 2010.

After completing a Juris Doctor at York University - Osgoode Hall Law School, Colin Grosskurth participated in a law school exchange program focused on international law at the University of Amsterdam. Colin completed their undergraduate degree at the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Commerce in specialist commerce and finance, double-majoring in economics with distinction. Colin is also certified by the Canadian Securities Institute as a Canadian Securities Course instructor and by Precision Nutrition as a nutrition coach.
