Chris Spacagna

Chris Spacagna has extensive work experience in the technology and software engineering field. Chris is currently working as the Senior Director of Software Engineering at PayByPhone since September 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Product Operations Director at PayByPhone from April 2021 to August 2021. Before joining PayByPhone, Chris worked at RingGo Cashless Parking from 2004 to 2021. During their time at RingGo, they held various roles such as Director Of Technology, Software Engineering Director, Development Manager, Development Lead, Software Developer, and Technical Operations Engineer. In these roles, Chris was responsible for overseeing all aspects of product technology, managing teams of software engineers, recruitment, technical architecture, project management, and contributing to board-level duties.

Chris Spacagna completed their education at the University of Portsmouth from 2001 to 2004, where they earned a Bsc degree in Internet Technology. Prior to that, from 1999 to 2001, they attended Peter Symonds College in Winchester, where they studied IT, Business, and History at the A level. In terms of certifications, they obtained the following: Certified SAFe® 4 Advanced Scrum Master from Scaled Agile Inc in April 2018, ITIL Foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice in October 2017, Agile Project Management from APMG-International in March 2013, and New Relic Certified Performance Pro from New Relic University in February 2019.
