Kristen Paganin

Kristen Paganin, MBA, currently serves as the Manager of Workforce Analytics at Paychex since June 2021. With a robust background in analytics, Kristen previously held multiple leadership roles at Butler/Till, including Director and Associate Director of Analytics, as well as Senior and Data Analyst positions. Prior experience includes working as an Associate Customer Marketing Manager at Sentry Group, where Kristen collaborated with cross-functional teams and analyzed customer data to drive revenue strategies. Additional roles include Associate Business Manager at Daymon Worldwide, Assistant Media Buyer/Planner at Roberts Communications, and internships in marketing and sales. Kristen holds a Master of Business Administration from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management from Syracuse University's Martin J. Whitman School of Management.
