Shahrul Ladue

Shahrul Ladue is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in growth and strategy, digital transformation, and financial management. Currently serving as Senior Director, Growth and Strategy at Paychex since April 2023, Shahrul previously held significant roles at T-Mobile, including Director and Head of Digital Transformation, Strategy and Finance, where digital revenue surged from $600 million to over $3 billion in three years. Shahrul's tenure at T-Mobile included leadership positions in digital strategy and eCommerce, contributing to the company’s successful turnaround. Prior experience includes roles at Amazon as General Manager of Amazon Business, where Shahrul led a substantial P&L and was instrumental in category expansion within B2B markets, as well as consulting for various high-profile companies at Revel Consulting. Shahrul holds an MBA and a BA in English from the University at Albany.
