Stephanie Schaeffer

Stephanie Schaeffer is currently the VP, Chief Legal & Ethics Officer and Secretary at Paychex. Stephanie has also served as the Chairperson of the Board of Directors at Catholic Family Center and as a Board Member, Secretary, and Member of the Nominating Committee at Villa of Hope. Stephanie has been with Paychex for over 15 years and has held various positions within the company during that time.

Dr. Stephanie Schaeffer is a graduate of Notre Dame Law School, where they earned their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. Stephanie also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from the University of Notre Dame, as well as a Certificate in Executive Management from the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame.

They are on a team with Karen McClendon - VP, Chief Human Resources Officer, Frank Fiorille - VP, Risk, Compliance, & Data Analytics, and John Gibson - SVP, Service. Stephanie Schaeffer reports to Martin Mucci, President & CEO.
