Jeff Weaver

Jeff Weaver has had a diverse work experience ranging from military service to various sales and management roles. Jeff started their career in the US Army as a Captain in the Field Artillery and served until 1998. Following their military service, Jeff worked as an Account Manager & Candidate Recruiter at RecruitMilitary, where they connected employers with transitioning military personnel. Jeff then joined LexisNexis as an Account Manager, driving sales of their legal research platform. Jeff later became a Regional Sales Manager, responsible for servicing clients and promoting LexisNexis products. In 2015, Jeff became the Vice President of Sales at Datalliance, leading sales efforts for their inventory optimization services. Since 2016, they have been the Vice President of Sales at Paycor, overseeing sales managers and teams selling human capital management solutions to small and medium-sized businesses.

Jeff Weaver obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Dayton, where they studied from 1988 to 1992. Additionally, they obtained a certification as an Executive Bourbon Steward from the Stave & Thief Society in 2021.
