Michael Perry

Michael Perry has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Michael is currently working at Paycor as the Sr. Director of Finance, where they lead the financial system transformation and manages a multi-million dollar SaaS portfolio. Michael has also been involved in various M&A projects and has a strong background in business process design and automation. Prior to their role at Paycor, Michael worked as a Director of Finance and Director of Implementation at the same company. Before joining Paycor, they served as a Program Executive at Pomeroy and as a Regional Account Manager at Empirix. Additionally, Michael has a strong military background, having served as an Army Captain in various positions of increasing responsibility, including Infantry Platoon Leader, Logistics Director, Senior Platoon Leader, and Operations Manager.

Michael Perry obtained a Bachelors of Science in Economics and Civil Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Michael later pursued a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, completing their degree from 2018 to 2021. Additionally, Michael obtained a certification in Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute in 2014.
