Montoya Hawthorne has over a decade of work experience, with a focus in human resources. Their most recent role was as a Principal HR Business Partner at Paycor, starting in August 2023. Montoya Hawthorne, SHRM-SCP, received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Marketing & Hospitality Management from Central State University, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. In addition, Montoya obtained the Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in 2019 and became a Certified DiSC Assessment Facilitator in 2011.
