Natasha Gallegos

Natasha Gallegos has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Natasha began their career as a Research Assistant Intern at Transearch Latin America in 2012. Later that year, they joined Immuno Laboratories as a Human Resources Coordinator. In 2013, they moved to Dr Pepper Snapple Group, where they held various HR roles, including HR Associate Manager and HR Leadership Development Program participant. During their time at Dr Pepper Snapple Group, they gained experience in workforce analysis, talent management, employee relations, and training facilitation. In 2018, Natasha joined Paycor, starting as an Implementation Consultant and progressing to roles such as Senior Implementation Consultant, Implementation Team Lead, Senior Implementation Strategy Manager, Senior Program Integration Manager, and currently serves as the Principal Program Integration Manager.

Natasha Gallegos, MSHRM, PHR completed their education with a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Florida International University - College of Business in 2011-2012. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Florida International University in 2008-2010. Natasha also holds a certification in Professional Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
