Renjith Ramachandran

Renjith Ramachandran has over 20 years of work experience in various technology leadership roles. Renjith is currently the Vice President of Architecture at Paycor since 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Technology Officer at DigitalReef from 2021 to 2023. Renjith also worked as a Technology Advisor and Chief Technology Officer at Imagination Unwired from 2017 to 2021. Renjith served as the Chief Technology Officer at Transformco - Sears Home Services from 2020 to 2021. Renjith worked as the Platform Engineering Head at Paycor from 2019 to 2021. Renjith was the Senior Vice President of Software Engineering at TCC, Verizon Premium Wireless Retailer from 2015 to 2017, where they played a key role in a major digital transformation initiative. Before that, Renjith worked as the Senior Director of Architecture at NQ Mobile Inc from 2013 to 2015, where they led a global engineering team and provided technology strategy and architecture guidance. Renjith also served as the President and Chief Technology Officer at mDynamik LLC in 2012. Prior to that, Renjith worked at Citi Group from 2008 to 2012 in various senior roles, including Senior Vice President of Mobile Development Head and Vice President & Architecture Manager in the CTO office. Renjith started their career at Convergys in 2000 as a Consultant and later became the Director & Senior Technical Consultant, leading technology assessments and managing global engineering teams. Renjith has a strong background in technology strategy, architecture, and leadership.

Renjith Ramachandran obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Executive MBA from Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business in the years 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they received a BS degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Cochin University of Science and Technology. Renjith also holds additional certifications including AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate (SAA) from Amazon Web Services (AWS), a Deep Learning Specialization from Coursera, and a Safe 4.0 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile.
