Noam Cohen

VP, R&D at PayEm

Noam Cohen is the current Vice President of Research and Development at PayEm. Noam has also served as the Vice President of Product Management and Product Marketing at Nova Measuring Instruments from January 2019 to October 2021. In this role, they oversaw the products portfolio strategy, roadmaps, value propositions, GTM, and execution. Noam also crafted a product portfolio that allowed the achievement of beating annual revenues marks and market growth YoY.

From January 2016 to December 2019, Cohen served as the Vice President of Software Development at Nova Measuring Instruments. In this role, they managed Nova's DMD Software and Algo dev Engineering groups. Noam developed a high-performing group that included more than 100 SW professionals working in Agile CI\CD methodology. Noam also mentored a resilient leadership team that embraced a culture of ownership, focus, trust, consistent learning, innovation, and deliver-always attitude with operational excellence.

Cohen has also strategized and conceptualized innovative data-driven offerings, including building and delivering high-volume, high-availability scalable Big-Data systems (on premise and Cloud native) that provide complex data analytics utilizing advanced Algorithmic engines and cutting edge ML\AI techniques. Noam has also developed KPIs to support data driven decisions for both customers satisfaction and engineering performances.

Noam Cohen studied computer science at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree.

Noam Cohen reports to Itamar Jobani, Co-Founder & CEO. They work with Koren Ben-Zvi - VP, Finance, Steve Sovik - Chief Revenue Officer, and Jeremy Esekow - Head of Risk.
