Mikael Rahm

Mikael Rahm has extensive experience in financial and leadership roles. Mikael is currently the Group CFO at PayEx. Prior to that, they worked at Prosero Security Group as CFO and also served as Interim CEO & CFO. Mikael was responsible for the financial management of the company. Before joining Prosero, Rahm worked at Bambora as SVP, Managing Director, and CFO, overseeing various business lines and regions. Mikael also held the position of Managing Director at Synsam Group, where they served as CFO and acted as Interim CEO. Rahm has a strong background in the payment industry, having worked at Verifone as Interim President, Europe, and Executive Vice President, COO Europe & Southern Africa. Mikael started their career at PwC, where they worked as a Director in Transaction Services, assisting private equity funds with acquisitions and divestitures.

Mikael Rahm attended Stockholm University from 1991 to 1995, where they earned a Master of Laws degree. During the same period, they also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Accounting.
