Maor Fishman

Maor Fishman is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as the General Counsel for Payhawk, a company specializing in business payments solutions since September 2023. Prior to this role, Maor held several key positions at Checkout.com, including Deputy General Counsel with a focus on regulatory, product, and data/privacy law from August 2017 to July 2023. Other experience includes serving as General Counsel at The Sandpit, providing legal counsel to a data-driven consultancy, and working as an advocate with Cohen, Wilchek & Co. Maor's earlier roles include advising the Israeli Ministry of Justice Committee on Privacy Rights and serving in the Israel Defense Forces' Military Advocate General's Corps. Maor Fishman holds a Master’s Degree in Political Communication from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of Haifa.
