Jessica Gambirasi

Jessica Gambirasi, SPHR, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in operations and consultancy. Currently serving as the HR Operations Manager at PayJoy since January 2022, Jessica focuses on global HR strategies that support the company's mission to empower underserved populations. Jessica's previous roles include co-founding and operating Andiamo! Group, where responsibilities encompassed human resource management, financial oversight, and operational strategy from 2002 to 2021, as well as serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Wave Mobile Money, enhancing people-centric processes across multiple regions. Jessica holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from John F. Kennedy University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania.
