Karen Cahill

Karen Cahill has over 20 years of experience in the business industry. Karen began their career in 1997 as the Director of Outside Sales at Big Dogs Sportswear. In 2000, they became the Sr. VP Licensing/Primedia, where they were responsible for the creation and implementation of retail programs and marketing for extensive lines of consumer products. In 2006, they were appointed President of The Flavia Company, where they managed the entire licensing portfolio and drove revenues in excess of $100M in retail sales. From 2009 to 2012, they served as Chief Operating Officer of Independent Means Inc. Karen then joined Elite Meetings International as Chief Operating Officer, where they successfully executed on the directive of selling the company by streamlining operations, improving profitability and building a strong and effective team. In 2014, they were appointed VP Operations, Elite Meetings at Cvent, where they had P & L responsibility for the Elite Meetings' portfolio of products and was responsible for all operations for Cvent's Santa Barbara office. In 2017, they became Director of Operations & Chief of Staff at BigSpeak Speakers Bureau. Currently, they serve as Director of Human Resources at PayJunction since 2018.

Karen Cahill earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from The Ohio State University.
