Betsy Drake

Betsy Drake has a diverse professional background, currently serving as a Support Specialist at Pay(k)onnect since April 2024. Prior to this role, Betsy held multiple leadership positions at Lambert, including Director of Analytics Management and Director of IT & Analytics Management from November 2019 to October 2023, as well as Manager of Talent & Culture. At TiiCKER, a similar set of roles in analytics management and talent culture was performed concurrently during this time. Betsy's earlier experience includes roles as Inside Sales and Systems Leader and in Human Resources at Innotec (2014-2019), and as an Elite Volleyball Coach at Michigan Sports Academies (2009-2015), in addition to work as a Billing Specialist at CareLinc Home Medical Equipment (2007-2014). Betsy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from Alma College, earned from 2003 to 2007.
