Lou Ward

Lou Ward has a diverse work experience, starting in 2009 at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center in the Sports Medicine Center. In 2014, they worked as the Manager of Top Accounts at 2Checkout and then transitioned to being an Independent Contractor focusing on Organizational Assessments and Talent Management until 2016. Since 2016, Lou has been serving as the Director of Strategic Accounts at Payliance, where they lead the development of effective payment and recovery solutions for over 40,000 merchants in various industries.

Lou Ward earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing and Management from Walsh University in 2009. Following this, they completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Strategy, Leadership and Organizational Behavior at The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business in 2013.
