Matthew Guest has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries. Matthew started their career in 2010 as a Customer Service Officer at NatWest, where they provided excellent customer service and communicated vital information to customers. In 2011, they joined Bioware as an In-game Customer Service Representative, where they investigated complicated customer issues and upheld the BioWare name through social media and forum moderation.

In 2012, Matthew joined Electronic Arts (EA) as a Customer Service Team Captain, troubleshooting in-game issues and enhancing EA's image through positive customer interactions. Matthew later became a Community/Social Advisor, representing EA's brand and mission on various channels and delivering marketing communications.

Matthew's next role was as a Social Media Executive at ArtScience, where they demonstrated a passion for how brands use social media to engage with customers. Matthew then worked at Sony Interactive Entertainment Europe as a Twitter Support Coordinator, establishing and growing the Twitter customer service channel.

In 2017, Matthew became a Community Manager at Bought By Many, an award-winning insurtech, with a mission to provide better insurance for everyone. Matthew'sresponsibilities included community engagement and management.

Currently, Matthew is working as a Community Manager at Payload Studios, where they engage with the TerraTech Community through livestreams and creates engaging content.

From 2006 to 2009, Matthew Guest attended Coventry University, where they completed a Bachelor of Arts (hons) degree in Media Production.
