Joe Dusing

Joe Dusing is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent delivery and learning and development, currently serving as the Sr. Director Talent Delivery / HR Program Management Office at Paylocity since January 2019. Under Joe Dusing's leadership, the L&D organization has focused on operational readiness, sales training, and innovative talent solutions to keep pace with rapid company growth exceeding 30% year over year. Prior to Paylocity, Joe Dusing held various roles at Verizon from 2004 to 2019, including Associate Director Operations L&D, where Joe managed a workforce exceeding 8,000 employees, and Sr. Manager Sales L&D, successfully leading a team of trainers. Joe Dusing holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Communication from the University of Northern Iowa, along with Bachelor's degrees in Philosophy and Religious Studies and Political Science and Government from Buena Vista University.
