Nydia Griffin

Nydia Griffin is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Implementation Services at Paylocity since September 2014. Griffin has held several positions within the company, including Implementation Manager and Implementation Consultant roles, overseeing the conversion of sensitive HR and payroll data, determining client payroll requirements, and managing multiple implementation projects. Prior to their tenure at Paylocity, Griffin worked as a Fraud Analyst at Accertify, Inc., where responsibilities included identifying fraud patterns, investigating online fraud, and training new analysts. Griffin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Aurora University and a Master of Science in Economic Crime Management from Utica University.
