Richa Mohapatra

Richa Mohapatra is a Product Designer II currently employed at Paylocity since October 2024, following the company's acquisition of Airbase. At Airbase, Richa specialized in Accounts Payable Automation, focusing on simplifying data-rich workflows and automating tasks, and achieved recognition with the Spring '24 G2 Awards for ‘Best Usability’ and ‘High Performer’ for the 'AP Automation' module. Richa's earlier contributions at Airbase included leading the design transition for the Spend Management platform and establishing the Design System, which enhanced design efficiency and consistency. Prior roles include a Product Designer position at Testbook.com, where collaboration across teams was key to developing the Careers Page and launching a new revenue vertical for in-app job and skill courses, as well as a position as a UX Designer at Peabody Soft and a Design Intern at Wavelabs Technologies. Richa holds a B.Des in Communication Design from the National Institute of Fashion Technology India, completed in 2021.
