Rochelle Rodriguez has over 25 years of professional experience in operations and management. Currently serving as an Operations Product Architect at Paylocity since August 2010, Rochelle has held various roles including Technical Support Manager and Web Time Team Lead. Prior to this, experience includes serving as a Team Manager at Aon Hewitt from October 1998 to August 2009 and as a Sales Floor Team Lead at Target from October 1993 to October 1998.
