Stephen Lensi

Stephen Lensi currently serves as the Director of Engineering for Product Development at Paylocity, where leadership focuses on Product Engineering for various SaaS offerings. Previously, Lensi was the Director of IT for Group Benefits at The Hartford, overseeing a significant PAS transformation and modernizing legacy systems. Prior experience includes a role as Sr. Software Engineering Manager at UKG, leading cloud-native development and DevOps practices. Lensi co-founded Happee Manatee, a creative design studio, and managed agile development teams as a Technical Delivery Manager at Travelers Insurance. Educational background includes an MBA and a BS in Computer Science, both from the University of Connecticut.
