Thom Giguere

Thom Giguere is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across prominent organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Sales at Paylocity since April 2019, Thom has previously held positions such as Vice President of Employee Benefits at USI Insurance Services and Director of Service Sales at Air Force One. With a solid background in sales and marketing, including VP Sales and Marketing at Automation & Control Technologies and Client Executive at Hylant, Thom has a strong focus on employee benefit planning, strategy, and financial analysis. Thom's career began in the military, serving in the US Army from 1993 to 1996, followed by roles at Paychex and Brooks Insurance Agency. Thom holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management and is a Wauseon High School alumnus.
