Frank Augustin

Frank Augustin, PMP, has extensive experience in IT and project management, currently serving as Manager of ITSM at Paymentus since April 2019. Prior roles include Customer Success Engineer at Paymentus and Senior IT Analyst at Canada Bread Company, where Frank led the infrastructure migration project into the Grupo Bimbo Network, ensuring continuity of legacy systems. At Maple Leaf Foods, Frank contributed as Interim Project Manager for a Route Optimization project, coordinating cross-functional teams and overseeing testing. Earlier experience includes a leadership role at Clothing for Modern Times, managing a team of Systems Coordinators to support over 200 retail stores. Frank holds a degree in Computer Networking and Systems Management from Seneca Polytechnic.
