John Heyel

John Heyel has extensive work experience in the finance industry, with a focus on branch analytics and operations. John started their career in 1992 as a Naval Officer in the US Navy, serving as a Lieutenant until 1997. John then worked as a Navy Staff Analyst at the Pentagon from 1997 to 1999.

In 1999, John joined Capital One as the Director of Finance, where they managed financial systems and implemented cost analysis. John was promoted to Director of Branch Staffing and Analysis in 2010, leading a team to improve branch processes and enhance the customer experience. From 2013 to 2014, John served as the Senior Director of Branch Incentives, designing and implementing incentive plans for over 10,000 associates. John then became the Senior Director of Branch Analytics, overseeing a team responsible for staffing optimization, customer satisfaction analysis, and sales performance reporting.

In 2016, John joined Paymerang as the Chief Financial Officer, where they currently hold the position.

John Heyel completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University from 1988 to 1992. John then pursued further education and obtained an MBA in Finance from The George Washington University School of Business from 1997 to 1999.
