Michael Doerr has a diverse work experience, primarily in the fields of consulting, politics, and non-profit work. Michael currently holds the position of Vice President - Public Sector and Senior Living at Paymerang, where they oversee the execution of financial transactions and customized payment details. In addition, they serve on the Advisory Board of MagicQuote, an insurance comparison platform. Doerr is also an Executive Advisory Board Member at CodeVA, an educational non-profit focusing on computer science literacy. Prior to their current roles, they founded their own consulting firm, Bowie Consulting, where they provided strategic business development advice to clients in politics, non-profits, and industry. Michael has also held senior roles in political campaigns and non-profit organizations, supporting government officials such as Governor Terry McAuliffe and Governor Martin O'Malley. In the earlier stages of their career, Doerr worked in the United States House of Representatives as part of Congressman Bill Foster's DC office, handling constituent correspondence.
Michael Doerr attended The College of Wooster from 2004 to 2008, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy. Later, from 2018 to 2020, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
