Lee-Anne Farley is the Chief People Officer at PayNearMe. Lee-Anne has over 20 years of experience in human resources, talent management, and operations. Prior to joining PayNearMe, they were the Head of People at Omada Health from November 2019 to April 2022. At Omada Health, they were responsible for talent services, HR operations, and creating a global HR support framework.

Lee-Anne has also worked at LinkedIn as the Talent Services Lead from October 2016 to November 2019. There, they created a new team called Talent Services (HR Operations) to create a shared services team to support all employee needs and queries globally. Some of their key achievements include developing a scalable and effective delivery support model for HR services, implementing Service Now as a HR case management tool, and developing a viable road map to develop the delivery model.

Lee-Anne has a bachelor’s degree in human resources from the University of California, Berkeley.

Lee-Anne Farley's educational career consists of obtaining a CIPD Professional certification in Human Resources from Belfast Institute of Further Education, a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management from Belfast Institute of Higher Education, and a Bachelor's degree in English Language & Literature from Queen's University Belfast. Lee-Anne also has certification from AIRS, CIPD, and SPHR.
