Manuela Czekay has extensive experience in sales digitalization and process management, currently serving as a Sales Digitalization & Process Manager at PAYONE since May 2018, where additional roles include Process & Provider Manager and Teamleiterin. Prior to this, Manuela held the position of Customer Service Manager at Donnelley Financial Solutions from 2016 to 2017. Manuela's career began at RR Donnelley, where a range of roles from Customer Service Representative to Deal Manager spanned from 1997 to 2016. Manuela holds a Diplom-Anglistin degree in Anglistik and Wirtschaftswissenschaften from the University of Kassel, completed between 1990 and 1996.
