Cassandra Lammers

Cassandra Lammers currently serves as Senior Vice President of Total Rewards at The New York Times since May 2021. Prior experience includes a role as Vice President of Total Rewards at Audible, Inc. from September 2016 to May 2021, and a Senior Director position in Compensation & Benefits at Samsung Electronics from February 2015 to September 2016. Cassandra has held various senior roles at GE, Alcatel-Lucent, Lucent Technologies, Komatsu Latin-America Corp, Fisher Scientific Worldwide, and Corporación Venezolana de Guayana throughout an extensive career in total rewards and compensation management. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers College and a Data Science certificate from the University of California, Berkeley. Additional educational experiences include studies at the University of Michigan and Universidad Complutense de Madrid, as well as completion of high school at Westfield High School.
