Angela Xintaris is a seasoned professional in compensation operations, currently serving as Senior Manager at PayPal since January 2022. Prior experience includes over a decade at Aon as HR Senior Manager, where leadership of the Compensation Operations team involved overseeing Workday compensation setup and processes. Angela's background also features a Vice President role in Human Capital Management at Goldman Sachs, and earlier positions as a Research Associate at Harvard Business School and Case Team Coordinator at Bain & Company.
