Ilker Tutu

Ilker Tutu is an experienced information security leader currently serving as the Director and Head of Information Security Oversight for PayPal in the EMEA region since December 2015. In this role, Ilker oversees information security initiatives and acts as the designated Information Security Officer for PayPal Europe Bank. Prior to PayPal, Ilker held the position of IT Coordinator for Governance, Risk and Compliance at TUPRAS, where a comprehensive IT risk and security program was established. Ilker's career also includes a role as IT Risk and Governance Manager at PwC, contributing to the growth of IT governance and risk management services, and serving as IT Responsible at EPS-DONPER, overseeing IT systems and information security. Ilker holds a Master's degree in Information Systems Security Management from the University of Luxembourg, along with Bachelor's degrees in Management Information Systems from Istanbul University and Economics from Marmara University.
