Randall Sieffert

Randall Sieffert is a seasoned professional in user experience design and research, currently serving as VP of Insights at PayPal since April 2024. Prior roles include Head of UX Design Research at HubSpot, where Randall led a team of over 50 researchers and established new experience quality metrics. At ServiceNow, Randall founded a global research organization and built analytics systems for over 175 enterprise product solutions. Previous positions at HP, M-GO, ACTIVE Network, Whirlpool, Intel, and ZF Group demonstrate a consistent focus on enhancing user experience across various platforms and industries. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Aviation Human Factors from Arizona State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo.
