Sarah (Bendix) DiScala is a seasoned HR professional with extensive leadership experience in various high-profile roles. Currently serving as Sr. Director for the Small Business & Financial Services Group and Consumer Engineering at PayPal, Sarah has previously held significant positions at Google as Sr. People Partner for Google Cloud and at Mastercard as Director and Sr. Human Resources Business Partner across multiple divisions. Early career experiences include HR roles at Terex Corporation and The Premier Group. Sarah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business & Technology Management with a focus on Human Resources & Law from Clarkson University, completed in 2008.
