Ulrike Irmler

Ulrike Irmler serves as a Senior Director at PayPal since September 2020, focusing on World Ready and Content Operations, and has engaged in product development training as a Product Masterclass Ambassador. Prior to PayPal, Ulrike Irmler spent over two decades at Microsoft in various leadership roles, including Principal PM Lead for Multilanguage Region and Principal Director for Windows International, where initiatives included launching a multilingual newsroom and streamlining localization processes. Ulrike Irmler also contributed to academia as a lecturer at the University of Washington in Human Centered Design and Engineering. Academic achievements include advanced studies at the Berlin School of Creative Leadership and the University of Washington, culminating in a Ph.D. candidacy in Germanics and an M.A. in Germanic Literature and Linguistics from the University of Oregon.
