Kim Taylor

Kim Taylor, CCP GRP, currently serves as the Vice President of Compensation Services at Payscale since March 2021. Prior to this role, Kim held the position of Vice President of Compensation & Data Operations at Payfactors from 2015 to September 2022, contributing to the development of a modern compensation analytics platform. Kim's extensive experience includes key positions at IBM, serving as Program Manager and Director of Compensation from 2010 to 2015, as well as a tenure at Salary.com where roles included Director, Manager, and Analyst of Compensation from 2004 to 2010. Kim holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of New Haven and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the College of Charleston.
