Bill DeGraff

Bill DeGraff has worked in the financial services industry for over 35 years. Bill began their career in 1985 as a Principal/Project Manager at Citi, where they designed functions relating to the development of the then, most advanced series of ATMs and customer service terminals. In 1990, they moved to Visa, where they served as VP, Commercial Solutions and was responsible for product definition and issuer relationship management for Visa's commercial payment solutions to the public sector. Bill also led the expansion of consumer bill payment infrastructure (Visa ePay) to production readiness. In 2005, they moved to MasterCard, where they served as VP, Public Sector, Business Development and managed relationships, gross dollar volume growth and development of new revenue sales opportunities with Federal GSA SmartPay agencies and corresponding MasterCard issuers. Bill also led product development initiatives to drive differentiation strategy for public sector. In 2007, they became a Product Management/Strategic Marketing Consultant and Executive Director of Strategic Development at Autoscribe. In 2009, they moved to Official Payments Corporation (Tier Technology) as Senior Executive - Electronic Payment Services, where they developed and managed key industry vertical partnerships to stimulate exponential payment transaction growth. In 2011, they moved to FrontStream Payments as VP, Strategic Marketing and Product Management, where they created and executed marketing strategy in concert with the development of new product initiatives. In 2012, they moved to Direct Connect LLC as VP - Product and Marketing, where they identified and developed payment products/services that aligned with overall growth strategy for Direct Connect. In 2016, they moved to Payscout as Product Manager, where they were responsible for mission of "Payscout Supports the Entrepreneurial Dream One Transaction at a Time." In 2014, they became a Nonprofit Volunteer Extraordinaire with Ronald McDonald House, Voices4Children, Leukemia/Lymphoma Society and Solutions for Change. In 2007, they also became Principal - DeGraff Payment Consulting, LLC.

Bill DeGraff holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University at Albany, SUNY, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the State University of New York College at Oswego.
