Andrej Balenovic

Andrej Balenovic is an experienced professional in customer experience management and support within the fintech sector. Currently serving as an Enterprise Customer Experience Manager at Paysend since September 2022, Andrej leads Monthly Business Review sessions with enterprise clients and acts as a key escalation point for resolving complex issues. Previously, as a Customer Support Supervisor, Andrej developed training programs to enhance team performance and fostered a culture of excellence. Andrej’s earlier roles at Paysend include Social Media Specialist and Customer Support Specialist, focusing on customer engagement and support. Additionally, Andrej was a merit-based scholarship holder in the Future Leaders Exchange (FLEX) Program from July 2018 to August 2019. Andrej is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Fakultet Za Pravne I Poslovne Studije Dr Lazar Vrkatić, following a strong educational background in English Language and Literature from Karlovci Grammar School and a High School Diploma from Dixie County High School.
